Returning an item:
We want you to be 100% happy with your products from Morrison Innovations so we proudly offer a 30 Day “Triple R” Policy.
If you find there to be a defect in craftsmanship or some other flaw within 30 days of receiving your shipment we will gladly do one of the following:
- REPAIR your product
- REPLACE your product
- REFUND your purchase price (less shipping)
To process a Repair, Replacement or Refund:
1. Please email email@example.com with a description of your issue.
2. The best route of action will be determined or discussed and you will receive information on how to proceed.
Drone Return Policy:
Due to the physical nature of these items returns and replacements will only be issued for Postal Damages or Manufacturer defects when we are notified within 3 days of your receipt of goods.
Damage via Postal Service
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrive. Do not throw away any of the packing materials and please contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be paid by the customer. After we have received the item(s) and the item(s) prove to be damaged via postal service, we will send new item(s). We will pay the cost of resending the replacement(s).
If you believe you have received a product with a factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrive. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in the original package. We will issue an Return Authorization Code for you to send the item(s) back to us. The return shipping cost must be paid by customer. After we have received the item(s) and the item(s) prove to be a factory defect, we will test and send new item(s). We will pay the cost of resending the replacement(s).
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
